Preparation: Bring 4 cups water and 2 or more tbsp olive oil to a boil in large non-stick pan or skillet. Add the contents of the package, cover and cook until most of the water has absorbed (about 20 minutes). Stir spontaneously at convenience during cooking. Season to taste, add 1 or 2 tbsp warm water before serving with olive oil for drizzling
Suggestions: During cooking add 4 chopped cherry tomatoes and 30g of minced salami. Serve with garlic-bread.
