This all-natural, ruby jewel-toned white balsamic owes its tart, crisp flavor to Juicy California Grenada Pomegranates and Floral Winter Quince. It's made from authentic white balsamic condimento, aged for up to 12 years in Modena, Italy.
Of course, this vinegar pairs well with many cooking products. For example, we've discovered that a mix of our Tuscan Herb Olive Oil plus Pomegranate Quince White Balsamic Vinegar makes a mean combo.
It also pairs beautifully with our Blood Orange Agrumato Olive Oil, Persian Lime Olive Oil, and fruitier extra virgin olive oils such as Hojiblanca and Picual. Take your chicken, pork, lamb, steak from regular to chef standard when you use this balsamic vinegar in your marinade.
