Let's start mixin'
Izu Green Kiwi Mojito Mocktail
Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons of Izu Green Matcha Green Tea
- 1/2 Fresh Kiwi
- 1/2 Lime or 1 tbsp of lime juice
- 2 bar spoons (2 tsp) of Agave Nectar
- Powdered green tea and kiwi for garnish
- 2 dashes of Coconut Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions:
1. Muddle the kiwi in a shaker or mixing glass.
2. Add the Izu Green Matcha Green Tea, lime juice, and agave nectar to the shaker.
3. Top with ice and shake vigorously.
4. Transfer the mixture into a Collins Glass, top with ice.
5. Add two dashes of Coconut Balsamic Vinegar.
6. Garnish the glass with powdered green tea and kiwi.

Note: If you prefer a smoother texture, double strain the cocktail into the Collins Glass.
Dragon Dream Martini Mocktail
Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons of Dragon Dream Tea and Hibiscus Tea (equal parts)
- 1 Lime (2 tbsp of lime juice)
- 2 bar spoons (2 tsp) of Agave Nectar
- 2 dashes of Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
- Black Salt for garnish

Instructions:
1. Combine Dragon Dream Tea and Hibiscus Tea, lime juice, agave nectar, and Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar in a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake vigorously.
3. Strain the mixture into a martini glass or a rocks glass over fresh ice.
4. Garnish the glass with black salt and a lime wheel.
Cherry Smokey Old Fashioned Mocktail
Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons of Cherry Black Tea and Lapsang Souchong Smoky Black Tea (equal parts)
- 3/4 oz of Demerara Syrup
- 3-4 dashes of aromatic bitters
- 3-4 dashes of orange bitters
- Orange peel and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry for garnish
Instructions:
1. Combine Cherry Black Tea, Lapsang Souchong Smoky Black Tea, Demerara Syrup, aromatic bitters, and orange bitters in a shaker or mixing glass.
2. Add ice and mix or stir for 60 seconds.
3. Strain the mixture over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
4. Garnish with an orange peel and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
