We have a love story. Dried Hibiscus petals and Pomegranate first met in the harbor of Hanga Roa, the capital of Rapa Nui, otherwise known as Easter Island. Hibiscus flower was cautioned alongside some deportee slaves from Peru in 1870. Seeing Hibiscus in all her red, ruby, and succulent body, Pomegranate, a noble member of the elites, couldn't take his eyes off her. The rest, they say, is history.

We took this tea through a process of steaming, bruising, and pan-frying to obtain the sweet low-caffeined tea that it is today. Do enjoy.
