Espresso Martini with Ethiopian mocha pu-erh recipe

Yields: 2 servings
2 teaspoon Ethiopian mocha pu-erh
1/2 cup boiling water
1oz simple syrup
1 oz vodka
1 oz Irish cream liqueur
1 cup ice
1. Add the Ethiopian mocha tea blend to a French press followed by boiling water. Let it steep for 15 minutes.
2. In a cocktail shaker filled with a cup of ice, add the steeped tea blend, vodka, simple syrup, Irish cream liqueur.
3. Shake well for few seconds, strain it to a chilled martini glasses.
4. Optionally garnish with few sprinkles of raw tea blend.
