1 lemon (cut into wedges)
2 sprigs mint
2 cups sparkling water
1. In a mixing glass, add 4-5 lemon wedges, 2 sprig mint leaves along with 4 teaspoon of Sicilian lemon balsamic vinegar and muddle until the juice were extracted from mint and lemon.
2. In a two tall glass, add ice cubes, strain the muddled mixture over ice to each glass.
3. Fill each glass with sparkling water, garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices and serve immediately.
