Description: Once upon a time, there was a cup of Passion Fruit Tea, a great romance classic novel, and a box of dark raspberry chocolates, and they lived happily ever after. As a specially brewed tea for the people who love love, the Passion Fruit Tea is a perfect way to tell your lover the three magic words.

The bright and coppery passion fruit comes in different variants, the most exotic being the Granadilla and Maracuya. It got its name from some Jesuit priests living in Brazil in the 1700s. The fruit's crown-shaped flowers reminded them of Jesus' thorny crown— a crown that signifies sacrificial love for many Christians.

The Jesuit priests spread this fruit as they traveled along with Southern and Northern America on missionary trips. Today, passion fruit has amorous tones to it as old folklore tells that you'd fall in love with the first person you see after a bit. The Passion Fruit has some caffeine and high levels of antioxidants.
