This decaffeinated black tea from India (Flowery Pekoe grade, grown at 3,000–4,000 feet) is decaffeinated naturally with CO2, the method that best protects flavour, then finished with natural bergamot and cornflower petals. The cup stays bright and coppery with the bergamot right where it should be. Evening Earl Grey is a real thing now.
