Basmati rice with porcini mushrooms - 200g, 3 servings

Suggestions: During cooking add 80g of minced meat and serve nuts; to obtain a creamy sauce, add some heavy cream approximately 2 minutes before removing from flame. 

Wine: Cabarnet, merlot, or medium bodied red wines.
