Description:  More than just tea. Our Japan Gyokuro is more than just ordinary green tea. It is one of the truest expressions of tea craftsmanship on the planet, made according to specifications that date as far back as 1603, during Japan's Edo period.

Traditional. Luxurious. Rich. This tea is grown under special straw mats for several weeks before harvesting. It is usually reserved for special occasions as it is considered luxury tea by the Japanese.

You’d quickly become impressed with Japan Gyokuro because of its unique taste. It first reminds you of seaweed and grasses. It then ends on an intensely sweet note, balancing out its strong umami flavor.

Get energized! This tea offers you several health benefits as it provides your body with beneficial amino acids and will leave you revitalized.

Brew. Sip. Repeat. Because of its strong flavor, many people drink Japan Gyokuro in small quantities. You can steep one teabag up to 3 times. Enjoy!
